Our Answers To Your Questions

IS BEING A CMD A FULL-TIME JOB?
No, most Cheerleaders hold part-time or full-time jobs or attend college. You must be available for all practices and have a reliable means of transportation.

ARE THERE ANY HEIGHT & WEIGHT REQUIREMENTS?
You should look well proportioned in dancewear. We DO NOT have specific height and weight requirements; however, a lean figure is demanded by our uniform.
ARE THERE ANY AGE REQUIREMENTS?
You must be at least 18 by the start of the football season.
Do you have any practice suggestions?
Stretch as much as you can and prepare for a kick-line if you have limited dance experience. Dance experience, splits and kick-line skills are not mandatory to audition, however. If you are a strong performer, you will receive this training once you are on the squad.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO AUDITIONS?
You should wear:

2-piece attire:
Top: Dance/Athletic Bra Top
Bottom: Hot Pants
(No Tank Tops or Bike Shorts)
Skin colored Dance Tights (non-shimmery, bring extra pairs)
Try Discount Dance Supply for tights or the Leggs Sheer Energy brand (Walgreens, Target)
Any type of dance shoes
(for example: jazz, ballet, character, split sole Dance sneakers by Capezio, etc…)
Full hair and make- up (false eyelashes are strongly suggested)
